It gave me the power to keep writing my first Memoir. It has been a daunting journey already (only starting to seriously write four months ago) but I have learned so much. I especially loved the parts in this book about how writing is healing. There were so many studies backing this up in the book.I am definitely motivated and inspired again  to get back in the saddle of my Memoir but I am also very glad I took a break too (to do an art festival and now having to prep more art for a string of upcoming summer art shows). I discovered that I have written almost 40,000 words towards…

MEMOIR WRITING PROCESS- ‘Beautiful Bravery’
